T has called from a pet centre new Worcester. A white rabbit is on the way to live with us.
Yesterday at tea with Barbara & Beric, T made an appointment with her Parents to visit a pet shop near Worcester. This morning they went there in convoy & found a wonderful little pal, who was so badly behaved that the shop kept taking him off display. He is 4 months old, which is rare – most bunnies are sold before 8 weeks. This is a good indication of how badly behaved he might be. Just our kind of rabbit – spirited.

Our last rabbit, Beaton Bunnerius Bun (who followed Cecil Ratticus Roo) flew away seven years ago yesterday.
Now, off to Chagford.
19.30 Sandy Park Pub, Chagford.
An uneventful drive to Chagford, arriving in time for cream tea in town & a cappuccino in the recently-opened bookshop. The main restaurant is closed this week as new management moves in.
A new wave, a new generation of business people, is currently underway in this wonderful small Dartmoor town.
Now, computer filing in Pub Acceptable, itself under recently-changed management, and soon back to Parford Well; itself the subject of building works, with building work on the cottage opposite also underway, and the property next door for sale. A time of change…
